Booking: Your agreement with Rajasthan Tour Services governs the booking. When we confirm your reservation on the tour of your choice and we have received your signed/emailed booking form and deposits, a contract is established between us. Each part that applies must be correctly and entirely filled out. As this verifies that you and the other participants in the tour accept our booking terms and conditions and are entering into the contract, we can only accept booking forms that have been signed.
Deposit : 50% of the cost of the tour per participant must be paid to the company upon completion of the completed booking form or email acknowledgement.
Payments : For the contracted services, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking and the remaining balance must be paid at least seven days before the date of departure from your nation or state. Based on the type of services to be provided and the amount of time left before the services begin, we reserve the right to determine the amount to be paid as an advance payment. In addition to the aforementioned, there are some instances where full money must be paid in advance, such as when reserving special train trips, hotels, or resorts during the busiest season (Christmas and New Year).
Cancellation and Refund Policy : All cancellations must be made in writing to us at least a month prior to the date of arrival of the guest. We levy the following cancellation charges.
» 10% of the total amount if the booking is cancelled 30 days prior
» 25% of the total amount if the booking is cancelled 15 days prior
» 50% of the total amount if the booking is cancelled 07 days prior
» 100% cancellation in case of no show
All hotel reservations need to be reconfirmed by the agent or customer at least one week before the date of check-in. If this is not done, the hotel reserves the right to charge the guest making the reservation via us at least one night of retention. The guests' deposits are not refundable by RAJASTHAN TOUR SERVICES until the money has been received by us from the hotel or hotels. The contract is final if the tour is paid for with a credit card charge. While the tour is still going on, any complaints about the services should be made to RAJASTHAN TOUR SERVICES. If a refund is given, it will only be given in Indian Rupees in India prior to the tour's departure, using the exchange rate in effect at the time. India's Jaipur City will have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal disputes.
After you have returned to your home country for at least 10 days, you will receive a refund for any unused services or have your tour cut short for a valid cause.
Liability : The hotels, coaches, and other facilities listed in the tour are not owned or under the company's control. Therefore, we are not responsible because we are the tour operator for the package.
• When neither the business, the supplier, nor the agents are at fault.
• Where the problems are attributed to a third party unrelated to the provision of the holiday and are unforeseeable or unavoidable;
• Where the failures in fulfilment of the contract are attributable to the customer.
• Where the failures are caused by an incident that you or your supplier, even with all due care, could not predict or foresee because of unexpected and unpredictable circumstances outside of your control.
We do everything within our power to guarantee that the company upholds standards and provide passengers-acceptable service. To the best of the company's knowledge, the information on this website has been carefully compiled, is accurate, and has been released in good faith.
Complaints : We try our best to provide travellers on one of our vacations with a pleasurable and trouble-free trip, but occasionally things don't go as planned. Please notify your tour manager (at the same time) if you have any complaints, and they will take all necessary steps to address them right away. Within 28 days of the tour's conclusion, you must give written notice to the company if the issue was not satisfactorily remedied. The investigation and resolution of the complaint will be impacted if you don't write to us within this window of time. Any disagreements between customers and Rajasthan Tour Services shall be subject to Indian law.
Passports & Visas : To travel to India from overseas countries except for the citizen of Nepal & Bhutan, one needs a 06 months valid passport and a valid Visa. And processing of Passport and Visa are not included in the tour cost.
Late check-out / early check-in : Please be aware that most hotels have standard check-in and check-out times of 1200 hours (IST). The cost of an early check-in or a late check-out is therefore not covered by the tour price. We can always request an early check-in or a late checkout if necessary, but we cannot guarantee either because it depends entirely on the hotel's policy, the time of year, and the room's availability.
Additional Uses for our Taxi : Please be aware that until specifically stated in the schedule, the cost of the vehicle (cars or buses with the driver) does not include further usage of the vehicle, such as after a transfer or after touring.
The freedom to change the route as necessary : Once the tour has started, it will closely follow the planned agenda. For the safety and well-being of our cherished passengers, we reserve the right to alter the itinerary in whole or in part in the event of uncontrollable events and circumstances.
Surcharge : The cost of your travel arrangements is subject to surcharges in the event of a sharp increase in fuel prices, scheduled air travel, and any applicable taxes. Even in this situation, we shall attempt to absorb 2% of the cost; any amount above 2% will incur an additional penalty.
Our Responsibility : As a result, Rajasthan Tour Services assumes responsibility for holiday preparations that are entirely under our control and owes clients compensation for the staff members' wrongdoing. However, we would like to call your attention to the following situations, which are either outside our direct control or for which we are unwilling to assume responsibility.
Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable to the Client or any accompanying person for: Any death, personal injury, illness, accidents, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and/or damage, or theft, regardless of the cause;
Any action, inaction, or default by an independent contractor, another person, or by a servant or agent working for them that may be involved in providing the client or anybody going with him with lodging, refreshments, transportation, or other services. Rajasthan Tour Services is unable to accept responsibility for commercial arrangements caused by uncontrollable events such as natural disasters, labour disputes, reasons for war threat, riots, civil unrest, terrorist activities, technical issues with the transportation system, extreme weather conditions, closure of airports and sea ports, and similar unforeseen events.
