10 Days Rajasthan Tour Package
Jaipur, Udaipur, Jaisalmer, Bikaner, Jodhpur, Mount Abu
Day 1
Your trip will begin as you reach the capital city of Rajasthan, Jaipur. Jaipur has always been a tourist hot-spot and for good reasons. The city brings together the glorious past of the Royal Rajasthan with the modern-day charm, all beautifully wrapped in soft hues of pink. As soon as you reach Jaipur, you will be met by our representative. They will take you to your stay. As you arrive, check in and relax for a while. But then get ready to start exploring the city. As you explore the city, make sure to try some of the famous local dishes. But don’t rush anything, as you have one more full day to explore. So once all the exploration is done for the day, head to your hotel for a good night’s sleep.
Day 2
While many would not agree, Jaipur is, for sure, a big city, with beautiful architecture, rich culture, deep-rooted traditions, and the never-ending beauty of art. On day two, you will continue your exploration of this beautiful Pink City, Jaipur. But before you start to enjoy Jaipur, enjoy a nice breakfast. Only after that do you hop in your car, and your driver will take you to spots that, if not beat, at least match the beauty of the places you visited the previous day. And of course, you cannot miss out on the dishes you did not try yesterday. However, you will be tired after two days of exploration and with a day of travelling ahead, you must get some rest at your stay tonight.
Day 3
As you wake on day three in Jaipur, a beautiful journey awaits you. So have your breakfast, pack your bags, get ready in comfortable clothes and check out of the hotel. As you get into your car, your driver will take you to your next destination, which is Bikaner. Bikaner is a desert city which is known for its impressive architecture and royal heritage. Here, you can explore the grand Junagarh Fort and stroll through Lalgarh Palace, known for its Indo-Saracenic design. You should also spend some time just wandering through the colourful Bikaner markets and seeking blessings at the Karni Mata Temple, which is popularly referred to as the “Rat Temple.”
Day 4
On day four, you will be moving from the desert city to the actual city. So make sure that you wake up on time, eat your breakfast, and check out of your hotel. As you settle into your car, enjoy a nice drive to the Golden City, Jairahner. The ride will be scenic, giving you a sneak peek into the beauty of the Great Desert. However, before you reach Jaisalmer, stop at the scenic Gajner Palace. Once you have arrived in Jaisalmer, experience the city’s warm sandstone glow and take a relaxed walk around the old city’s narrow lanes. You should also visit Gadisar Lake, especially at sunset, as it offers a peaceful view.
Day 5
On day five of the trip, you will continue your exploration of this beautiful city, Jaisalmer. Jaisalmer is not only home to the great Thar but also to one of the few living forts in the world. The fort has bustling streets with houses, temples and shops. The fort is definitely a good spot for shopping for artefacts and even souvenirs. The city also has some other amazing architecture, especially Havelis. Some of the most famous Havelis you must visit are Patwon Ki Haveli, Nathmal Ki Haveli, and Salim Singh Ki Haveli, and you can admire the intricate carvings and architecture. However, the main attraction of the day will be a camel safari to the Sam Sand Dunes, sunset views, cultural performances, and an overnight stay in a traditional desert camp.
Day 6
From the golden city to the blue city, that is what you will do on day six. After spending two beautiful days in Jaisalmer, you will move to Jodhpur. The city is called the Blue City because of its beautifully painted blue houses, but it is also called the subcity, especially its older part, because of how bright and warm it is. As you will only have one day to explore this city, make sure to visit the most prominent places. This should include the magnificent Mehrangarh Fort, known for its impressive structure and panoramic views, Jaswant Thada, a peaceful marble cenotaph, and the lively Sardar Market near the Clock Tower, known for antiques, spices, textiles, and traditional Rajasthani handicrafts.
Day 7
After an overnight stay in Jodhpur, check out of your hotel and start your journey towards the last, but obviously not the least, on the list. Udaipur. Udaipur is often called the city of lakes and is nothing less than an oasis. However, before you reach this beautiful city, make sure to stop at the Ranakpur Jain Temple to seek blessings and admire its marble pillars and exquisite craftsmanship. As you finally reach Udaipur, check into your hotel and relax for a bit. And then start exploring soon, as there is a lot to cover. The plan is to have a leisurely evening as you relax near Fateh Sagar Lake or stroll through the quiet, atmospheric streets around the old city.
Day 8
As you wake up on day eight, your second-to-last day of the trip, the real Udaipur exploration starts. This day is all about the city of lakes and its natural and architectural beauty. There is a lot that you must visit today, like the City Palace overlooking Lake Pichola. You must also visit the Jagdish Temple, and from there go to the peaceful gardens of Saheliyon Ki Bari. If you are into folkwork, consider exploring Bharatiya Lok Kala Mandal, then end your day with a serene experience around Lake Pichola, with an optional boat ride at sunset.
Day 9
Day nine will be the last of the trip. You will wake up in Udaipur on day nine and enjoy a relaxed morning. Have a delicious breakfast and then check out of your hotel. Now, depending on your departure time, you can either head to the airport/railway station or continue exploring. If you have some time, you should sit leisurely near the lakes and soak in the beauty of the city before you finally leave for home.
