Day 01 : Arrival in Jaipur

Jaipur, being the capital city of Rajasthan, is easy to reach. You can get to the city by all three major modes of transportation: air, railway, or road. Our representative will pick you up once you arrive in Jaipur. They will pick you up and transfer you to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, you can either explore or relax in your room.

Day 02 : Jaipur Sightseeing

After breakfast, it is time to head out of the hotel and start your exploration. There is so much to explore in Jaipur today.

  • City Palace:

    The first place to visit is the City Palace. It is a royal complex that blends Rajput and Mughal architecture. Here you can explore some gorgeous courtyards, gardens, and a museum filled with regal artifacts.
  • Amer Fort:

    From the current royal residence, move to the historic royal residence, the Amer Fort. It is a majestic hilltop fort with panoramic views, ornate palaces, and a blend of Hindu and Mughal architectural styles.
  • Jantar Mantar:

    If you are interested in advanced architecture from centuries ago, you will love this place. Jantar Mantar is an 18th-century astronomical observatory built by Maharaja Jai Singh II, featuring large stone instruments for studying the skies.
  • Hawa Mahal:

    The next on the list is Hawa Mahal. It is also known as the “Palace of Winds,” as it has a façade of 953 windows that allowed royal women to observe street life while remaining hidden.
  • Jal Mahal:

Day 03 : Jaipur to Udaipur Transfer

Day three will bring in some on-road fun, as you will check out of your hotel in Jaipur and set out on the road for your next destination, Udaipur. The trip to the city of lakes is as beautiful as the destination. It is a scenic drive through Rajasthan’s countryside. As you cross hills and plains, you’ll arrive in the romantic “City of Lakes” by afternoon or evening. Once you arrive in Udaipur, check into your hotel and get settled. Depending on how tired you are, you can either leisurely explore the surrounding area or just relax in your hotel room.

Day 04 : Udaipur Sightseeing

As you wake up to the cool breeze of the city of the lake, it will be time for a delicious breakfast, after which you'll get ready and set out from the hotel to experience this oasis of the desert.

    Start your day with a little history and architecture session as you visit the City Palace. It is a majestic palace complex that is built on the banks of Lake Pichola, full of picturesque balconies, courtyards, and a museum of royal treasures.
  • Lake Palace (Taj Lake Palace)

    The second stop should be the gorgeous Taj Lake Palace, an ethereal white marble palace set on an island in Lake Pichola, making it look like it's floating on the lake.
  • Jag Mandir

    For a spiritual soul, the next obvious stop will be the Jag Mandir. It is a serene palace on another island in Pichola Lake, with beautiful terraces, gardens, and quiet corners.
  • Monsoon Palace (Sajjangarh Palace)

    If there is one thing about Udaipur, it is that the city is full of nature and architecture. Our next stop is an amalgamation of both. It is a beautiful palace that is perched on a hilltop. It offers panoramic views over Udaipur and its lakes, especially magical at sunset.
  • Ahar Cenotaphs & Museum

    It is a group of royal cenotaphs (memorials) dedicated to Mewar rulers, surrounded by a small museum detailing their heritage.
  • Jagdish Temple

    Another serene spot to visit is the Jagdish temple, a large Hindu temple in Udaipur known for its intricate carvings and peaceful inner sanctum.

Day 05 : Udaipur to Jaisalmer Transfer

As you wake up on day five in Udaipur, start to pack your bags for the journey ahead. Today, you will travel from Udaipur to Jaisalmer. You will first have breakfast at your hotel, then check out, hop in the car, and hit the road. As you reach Jaisalmer, you can either explore the places near your hotel or just have a leisurely evening in your hotel.

Day 06 : Jaisalmer Local Sightseeing

Jaisalmer is often called the Golden City, and day six will tell you why. Before you start your day, don't forget to eat a hearty breakfast and wear your comfy shoes.

  • Jaisalmer Fort

    The first stop of the day will be one of the few living forts in the world. It is made of golden-yellow sandstone, filled with narrow alleys, shops, temples, and homes, glowing beautifully in desert light.
  • Tanot Mata Temple

    Seek blessings of Tanot Mata at the temple. It is a temple on the edge of the desert. It is said the temple has survived bombings during the Indo-Pak wars, a place of resilience and faith.
  • Longewala War Memorial

    The Jaisalmer War Museum was commemorated in the 1971 battle. The memorial offers insight into military history amid a vast desert backdrop.
  • Jaisalmer War Museum

    Jaisalmer, being close to the museum, has been a battleground for several wars. The valour of courageous soldiers can be experienced in the Jaisalmer War Museum. It exhibits the region’s military history with tanks, weapons, and stories of valour.
  • Patwaon Ki Haveli

    Patwaon Ki Haveli is a beautiful cluster of richly carved merchant mansions. These havelis showcase intricate architecture with ornate balconies and detailed facades.
  • Jain Temples

    These are beautiful temple complexes that are set inside the fort city. They are known for their detailed marble work and spiritual calm.

Day 07 : Departure from Jaisalmer

Day seven will be the last day of your trip. Therefore, you will check out of your hotel after having breakfast. Once you have checked out, then, depending on how much time you have, you can either explore a little or get dropped off at Jaisalmer Airport, the railway station, or the bus stop.
